About Student Rights Attorneys:
Student Rights Attorneys (SRA) was formed with the primary intention of making Legal Educational Representation affordable for Parents and their Children.
Our services include:
- Representation at Resolution Meetings or Mediation
- Representation at Due Process Hearings
- Referrals for Special Education or 504 Plans
- IEP Meeting Representation
- Representation at Suspension / Expulsion Hearing
SRA has experience getting the services a child is legally entitled to for children with an array of special needs, including but not limited to students with Autism, ADD/ADHD, Behavior Problems, Specific Learning Disabilities, Emotionally Disturbed, Down syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Language and Speech Delays, Seizure Disorders, and other disabilities.
